Reformer - Friday

Service Description

Classes may be booked as a single or duo, with compulsory reformer orientation required as your first class to design a program tailored to your needs. If participating as a duo, both clients must have completed their orientation together or separately before booking a duo class. If you would like your session one on one please advise so I can block out the second booking for your chosen time. For hygiene, grippy socks are required for all reformer work, please bring a towel, all other equipment is supplied.
